For diesel enthusiasts, the V30-4EY is the vibratory roller of choice.

This roller compacts with the power of a 10-horsepower Yanmar L-100 diesel engine and produces 3,730 pounds (1,692 kg) of impact force. The V30-4EY weighs 1,065 pounds (483 kg) and features a self-contained hydrostatic transmission. In addition, the roller’s scraper bars prevent build-up of material between the drum and frame and its large diameter stabilizing bars maintain stability and simplify handling in all applications.
